Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision (601/8293/3)

This qualification is aimed at you if you are experienced in organising and supervising work on construction sites including residential developments,building and civil engineering work and Highways, Maintenance and Repair in this role you need to be involved in the planning and controlling of work methods, allocating plant and equipment, personnel and materials and ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard. One of the key skills you need to have competence of in this role is effective communication, you also need to prove competence in decision making, problem solving, leading teams and maintaining and improving standards of work.
