Planned Inspection of Buildings

Planned Inspection of Buildings (PIBs)

It is important to both owners and occupiers of buildings that maintenance is carried out in a planned manner. Undertaking Planned Inspection of Buildings allows budgets to be planned sensibly and work to be scheduled both to minimise disruption to the occupants  and take advantage of seasonal issues. It also ensures that buildings continue to comply with current Building Regulations and Health & safety Law.
