Level 7 NVQ in Construction
The Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Management is designed for those practitioners in the Construction sector who are working in a senior management capacity. The qualification is assessed by a qualified industry competent NVQ assessor. Each individual will be assessed in line with their own needs and circumstances

All senior managers within Construction, Facilities or Estates Management.
Course Cost and Eligibility
The course costs £1,750 per per candidate and can be started at ant time. Before being enrolled, you will need to attend a short interview to prove your eligibility for the course. Please note that you must be working in the role of a construction site manager in building and civil engineering, highways maintenance and repair, residential development, conservation or demolition.
Construction companies registered for CITB Levy can claim grants from the CITB for each completed NVQ assessment.
Please note there may be additional charges if our assessor has to travel outside the West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire or Humberside areas
Method of Assessment
After an induction programme, a qualified assessor will be assigned to you and assess evidence that you will collect at your place of work.. This will be in the form of relevant documents, witness statements and professional discussions etc. Your assessor will advise you of the correct methods at each site visit and plan the workthat you will need to complete. There will normally be 3 or 4 site visits by your assessor whilst you are undertaking the course.
There is no set time limit for completing this course, but typically takes 9 to 12 months to complete.
You can apply for a temporary Managerial CSCS card while being assessed for your NVQ which is valid for three years. On completion of the assessment you will be able to apply for a permanent CSCS card valid for 5 years.
