Vaughan is a founder member of the partnership and has over 25 years’ experience in construction at craft, managerial and professional levels. In particular, his experiences include working in; maintenance, new build, refurbishment, commercial, industrial, civil engineering and domestic build projects. 

Vaughan has also enjoyed over twenty years of teaching and management in further and higher education within the construction and built environment sectors. His subject specialisms include construction management as well as health and safety. Indeed, he uses his broad spectrum of knowledge to enhance the learning capabilities of the students’ he teaches.

As an experienced and qualified trainer and assessor, Vaughan is an invaluable member of the team in terms of leadership, training and assessment provision.
